1. Eligibility

   • This course is intended for healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and allied health practitioners.

   • A minimum passing score of 70% on the final assessment is required for certification.

3. Certification and CEUs

   • Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Crescent Wound Care.
   • The course provides 30 contact hours of Continuing Nursing Education (CNE credits).
   • Certificates will be issued digitally via email. No physical copies will be provided unless explicitly stated.

4. Assessment and Retake Policy

   • Participants who do not pass the quiz on the first attempt may retake the assessment.
   • The number of permitted retakes and any waiting period before reattempting will be communicated upon failure.

5. Code of Conduct

   • Participants must maintain professionalism and integrity throughout the course.
   • Academic dishonesty, including cheating, sharing answers, or misrepresenting completion status, will result in disqualification and certification forfeiture.
